Syncing gives problems

I have enjoyed using this app for prayer, but have emailed into the developers twice about syncing problems between devices. They claim that it is a cloud issue, but the bottom line is that it is not working good between devices even when both devices are updated with the latest version.
I also wish there was a way that you could have the password last for 10 or 15 minutes instead of having to log back in every time you come back to the app.
Otherwise I enjoy using the application. Just wish the developers would fix the syncing issue so we can work better between devices.
